Plan of Action

Essential Nutrients

1. Essential Amino Acids - found in food protein and a food that contains all essentials is called a "complete protein". Meats are complete proteins. There are some plant sources that are complete proteins.  Vegans need to be aware of this requirement.

2. Essential Minerals - throw away your processed white table salt that is out of balance and toxic (hardens arteries/heart problems).  Replace it with Celtic Sea Salt which contains 82+ minerals in balance.  Amazon Celtic Sea Salt  Put 1/2 teaspoon in a shot glass with water, chase with water. Do this once a day for a few days to get your body saturated with the minerals it needs, then just add it to food and if you have a headache or are feeling down, take a shot.

 3. Essential Vitamins -  You want a Methylated B Complex Multivitamin. Something like Amazon Methylated Multi Women  Methylation helps with absorption.

 4. Essential Fatty Acids - There are two: LA (Omega 6) and ALA (Omega 3).

Anti Parasitic

 Parasites are treated for, die, and their eggs hatch. It's important to hit them again to get rid of them.

Ivermectin (1 pill a day for 2 days, once a year)

Fembendazole (not for human use, but science shows it works in humans. 1 pill a day for 4 days. 3 days off. Then 1 pill a day for 3 days.  Membendazole is the human version, if you could get a doctor to prescribe it.

Reduce Viral Load

 There are a few things to try that can help with brain fog:

  • Grounding - Take your shoes off and walk barefoot outside for 10 mins a day
  • Regulate Circadian Rhythm - At sunrise or when you first wake up, go outside and look near the sun to get the light on your eyeballs
  • Exercise 30 mins resistance and 30 mins aerobic a day

The Plan

  1. Detox Mercury in your brain by chealating with Cilantro. Buy 10 bunches of Cilantro. Every day for 5 days, chop up 2 bunches as a salad and add oil and vinegar dressing. 
  2. For 3 days, only eat dark green vegetables and water. You can eat as much as you want. No peas or corn or Iceberg Lettuce. Broccoli is #1, green beans, less on spinach/kale.
  3. Run through the Ivermectin/Fembendazole. There may be side effects. I had hard sores in my face cheeks that I think were dead parasites.  Read up before you take them.
  4. I tried to keep the prices low on the supplements. Do as much of that as you can, and make it a lifestyle. You don't have to do it all at once. I added a few things every month, until I built up my health pharmacy.
