Live Meeting Give Control Grayed Out

1. Log into your Live Meeting
2. On the "My Home" screen click "Meet Now Details"
3. Click on "Meet Now Options"
4. Click on "Additional Features"
5. Make sure all of the setting on this page are correct to Give Control to your Desktop.
